Microsoft bug but cannot post on partner forums?

We were a partner, and then all of the sudden our status reset to Identity Verification (after getting a verified email) just a few weeks later. There is a 'Fix now' button that just 'refreshes the page' and does nothing else (edge, chrome both). I see a tag here Partner Center so I am selecting that.

I try to post on https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/category/partnercommunity but there is no new post button and no way to contact support for partner center since we are suddenly no longer a partner :(.

How do I get a case filed since this is clearly a 2 bugs (one: our status magically being reset, two: fix now button not working). I am not sure what NEW documents MS needs since I was 100% verified before.

Of course, we are not just sending ALL Microsoft customers to our manual login and Google customer to the google button. Smaller customers, we just tell them to ditch MS and convert to google and so some do that. Larger customers may forever be stuck with manual login as we still have not been able to wire a partnerID for SSO microsoft. (Honestly, we were only doing this as a convenience and do not really need it as they can use manual login but I thought about giving it one last push this month).
