CANNOT APPLY FOR MICROSOFT EXAM

I cannot apply for any of the Microsoft exams, i was trying to apply for Microsoft AI 900 exam and it says Microsoft registrations are currently not permitted for Kanukuntla Varsha. Please direct any questions to your Pearson VUE Registration Center. I did contact Pearson VUE Registration Center they asked to contact Microsoft as my ms account is blocked , here are further details
