As part of our social engineering exercise we run simulations from M365 portal and assign training to vulnerable users (who click the link and share the credentials) with 30 days validity for training completion.

    Hi @JustinMicheal-7973 ,

    I have done some search, there is no other users encounter the same issue with you currently.

    Could you provide the screenshot of the report for further troubleshooting?

    In addition, I have create a Attack Simulation Training in my lab but the test results will be returned back after at least 9 days.

    If you are urgent, you could raise a Microsoft 365 SR in Admin portal.

    Update:
    The Attack simulation training is showing completed in my lab:

    When the user clicked the training link, the user get the below error message:

    Since I cannot reproduce the issue in my lab, you'd better raise a Microsoft 365 SR in Admin portal if you still have this issue.
