why would you create a windows system that is difficult and clunky? No improvements in Win 11, only more difficulty. Must be a money thing aye?

New difficult menus, mouse over is taking one to unwanted places, and no return offered. Constantly going around in menu circles. I see no need for a more unsuitable system. Your changes must be for financial purposes; they certainly are not for the user.
