We got an request where User is unable to export the survey poll from teams prior to July month. Could you please check and let us know if there is any restriction for view/exporting the survey poll prior to july month. User is unable to export the survey poll from teams prior to July month. We tried clearing the teams cache but the issue remain same also we could see the behaviour is same from Teams webapp as well. When she was trying to view the old survey poll it doesn’t work.

Thanks for visiting our forum, according to your description above, your issue seems to be more related to Teams. So I would remove the irrelevant tag and add the Teams related tag. Hope your issue can be resolved soon. Thanks for your understanding!

How did you create the survey poll in Teams client? In Teams meeting or in a channel?
Are you the survey poll creator in your environment?
If you are the creator, please try to go to Form page and find it by clicking on 'All My Forms'.
