issue with outlook

since yesterday we have issue on iOS Outlook app of our collegues. Every time they received a new email the notification appear, but when they open the Outlook app, it is not in the inbox. It seems disappeared.
I have not see any advisories or incident on the portal.
Do you know if there are some issue globally?
All of users that have Outlook app on the iOS devices
tried to reset office365 account from ios app, but nothing has changed. Indeed I have this message "loading"
