Azure Function App has error when trying to deploy using Azure portal

Hi all,

When I try to create Azure Function App resource I get this error:

I tried to create it in UK South & UK West

My subscription still has a lot of credits.

Any help would be appreciated.

I am also having the same error while trying to deploy via portal to South Central US

I am also facing the same issue,
i tried to create the app service in multiple region but same

As A workaround I got my app service deployed by trying to deploy it from ARM template ~20 times in a row. One of these times it worked.

@Eduard Brown @Sergei Prokopov anonymous user @Abhishek Kumar Shukla Apologies for any inconvenience with this issue.
There was intermittent issue while creating the resource as I can see that the resource creation was failed due to backend issue and it failed with the error InternalServerError. I couldn't observe the same issue now. Please retry the operation and confirm if you are still facing the issue.

I have been experiencing the same issue since Friday Oct 1 when attempting to deploy any resource via ARM template. I can still create services manually in the azure portal.

Maybe not same issue, I'm only getting it when attempting to re-deploy certain resource/names.

II am also experiencing issues with InternalServerError, right now it is when deploying Microsoft.Web/serverfarms.

Issue started on October 1. Most if the time it fails, I had better luck when deploying a completely new resource, but that has also failed now.
