Certification Dashboard is empty with no Appointments

Even though I received confirmation and a reminder email for my certification exam, the certification dashboard is empty and there are no appointments. I'd like to reschedule my exam for a later date, but I'm unable to do so because the appointment is not available.

Could you please double-check and assist?
