bluetooth problem

I'm having trouble connecting devices to Bluetooth, it's as if my PC doesn't have that option.

    In the search bar, type MSINFO32 and hit Enter.

    Please share a screenshot of that window.

    1. Press Windows + X and choose Device Manager.

    Click View > Show Hidden devices

    Expand Bluetooth Section

    Take a screenshot and share it here.

    1. When did Bluetooth last work properly on your computer?
