Hello !

There's no standalone ExpressRoute for Microsoft 365. You can use Azure ExpressRoute to route Microsoft 365 traffic, but this is not recommended due to the cloud-based nature of Microsoft 365.
You'll also have to seek special authorization from your Microsoft account team.
You can learn more about ExpressRoute for MS365 traffic by checking this guide from Microsoft : https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=102899

Please let me know if you have any other question !

    Hi Handian,

It's possible while still rely on Express Route for Azure. The design is to use M365 private endpoint for your M365 access, then all traffic can go through the private link (Azure Express Route). More details can be found in this link, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/enterprise/azure-expressroute?view=o365-worldwide; and an official guide here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=102899
