I've been trying to log in to the Office platform and the Volume Licensing portal for a while, but I can't, because after entering my password, it asks me to enter a code from the Authenticator app, which I don't have. I don’t receive any notification in my app, and there’s no other way to verify (like a code sent to my email or phone). Can anyone help me?

    Hello @Escuela G

    Welcome to Q&A forum!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Since this is a complex issue related to your account and may require assistance from our backend engineering team, please be patient and I will try to guide and clarify this issue for you.

First, to ensure we’re aligned and avoid any misunderstandings or duplicated information, may I first confirm a few details:

    1. Which type of account are you using?
      • Personal account (e.g., hotmail.com, outlook.com)
      • Educational account (e.g., @edu_)
      • Business account (e.g., @yourcompany.com)
    2. Are you the global administrator of this tenant (your account ending with onmicrosoft.com)? If yes, is there another global admin in your organization who could help with this reset?
    3. Would you like to access the Microsoft Admin Center page or the Volume Licensing (VL) pages in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center?
    4. Do you have any Volume Licensing user role?

Depending on your answers to the above questions, we will provide different appropriate solutions to help you resolve this issue.

For more information about the Volume Licensing page, please refer to the resources I’ve found for you.
