Not receiving request on authenticator

This was the account used to login in admin panel but I have lost my phone and can't open authenticator. Only two options that are showing me in login are - 1. Approve or request on my Microsoft authenticator app. 2. Use a verification code. Both are taking me to authenticator app tell me a third method which can help me to sign in
