Cannot access microsoft services or support.

Question

I am writing this on a different account then the one I am having the issue with because I am unable to access microsoft services, besides outlook, including support. In order to contact support, I need to verify my sign in using microsoft authenticator; however, I am not receiving any codes at all on my app. When I try clicking sign in another way, the options it presents me with both still required microsoft authenticator. I am unable to access azure which I need for work because I can't use microsoft authenticator. I have tried uninstalling the app, signing out on the app, resetting my account on the app, and registering my device with my account. Nothing has helped. How can I resolve this issue?
