I am not able to use my Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc). This happened while I was traveling abroad for business. I've have Microsoft technical support try to help me with this issue, but it sems that the office files may be corrupt. We tried to uninstall Office, but we were not able to do that as well. See note below from the tech support:

Greetings from Microsoft!

Thank you for your time over the phone and for sharing your screen during the remote session. During the screen share, we observed that the Office installation file appears to be corrupted, which is preventing the applications from opening. As discussed, this issue falls outside the scope of our support. We have recommended that you contact the Windows Support team for further assistance.

Dear Francisco Beltran, I’m Henry and I want to share my insight about your concern.

I’m not sure if Microsoft Support already tried this, but one approach you could try is using the Get Help app on your Windows PC to uninstall Office:

    1. Press Start, type “Get Help”
    2. Search for “Office uninstall” or describe the issue.User's image Follow the on-screen instructions to remove Office completely.
    3. Restart your computer once the process finishes.
    4. Document for reference: Uninstall Microsoft 365 from a PC - Microsoft Support

Note: Make sure to select the correct installation type (Click-to-Run, MSI, or Microsoft Store) and the Office version you currently have installed when running the uninstall process.

    Hope this helps,
