Emails won't open.

Hi, recently my mail will not open on my phone and all I get is the downloading mail message and it doesn't do anything, my Internet is fine.

    To help narrow down the issue:

    1. Are you using the Outlook app on your phone or accessing it through your mobile browser?
    2. Also, may I know if this happens with all your emails or just certain ones?
