My other account is not letting me log in. i have changed passwords, verified my number and I have verified every document. my account is really old. the issue comes after I log in it says due to security the account has been locked, when I click verification it says to verify number, after verifying it(putting the 4 digits).

"The issue comes. Try another verification metho.d That verification method isn't working right now." Please try another method. i have tried this in different devices, cleaned the cache and everything, I have tried almost all the things given. But still the same issue. even though it is changing the password. when I log it won't send code.

Hi, thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum. I’m happy to help.

Based on your description, it looks like your account has been locked. This could be due to activity that may go against Microsoft's Terms of Use. This is typically a security measure to protect your information.

To regain access, please visit the support article below, click the "Sign in" button, and follow the steps provided. Be sure to review the tips included in the article, as they can help improve your chances of successfully recovering your account.

If unsuccessful, you will need to fill out this account recovery form to regain access to your account: https://account.live.com/acsr

Microsoft takes account security seriously, so the recovery process is fully automated to prevent unauthorized access. Complete the form using a device and location you've used before, and make sure to provide an accessible email address.

Microsoft typically reviews recovery requests within 24 hours. If your request is successful, they’ll send instructions to help you recover your account.

You can submit the form up to twice within a 24-hour period, so feel free to include any new details you remember each time until you recover your account.
