hi there,
I accidentally deleted an app account (Meta) linked to Authenticator. Need to recover account to access Meta using codes shared on Authenticator. I have tried multiple times to regain access without any luck.
How do i recover this access from the Authenticator app.

You need to disable authenticator in meta and use other authentification method (phone number,mail or other). If you tried this,you will need to send a mail to facebook (in help section) to regain access. It will take time ,but keep hope.
