I'm trying to contact data support team. Trying to create support ticket, but there is no button to create it. I don't want to create support over phone. I want to submit online. IScreenshot 2025-10-10 at 10.24.33 PM

Based on the image, the "Create support ticket" button isn't directly visible because it's likely located under the "Contact Support" section in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

    1. Scroll to the bottom left panel in the Admin Center.
    2. Look for a button or link labeled “Contact Support”.
    3. Click it — this should open a panel where you can choose your contact method (email or phone), set your time zone and language, and then enter your issue details.
    4. After filling out the form, you’ll see a “Contact Me” button to submit the ticket.

If you still don’t see it:

    • Make sure you're signed in as a Global Admin or Support Admin — some roles don’t have access to support ticket creation.
    • Try accessing the Admin Center from a desktop browser (not mobile) for full functionality.
    • Check if your support plan includes ticket creation — some plans may restrict this.

You can also try the web by going here https://admin.microsoft.com Make sure you're signed in with an account that has admin privileges. Once you're in, follow the steps mentioned earlier to locate the Contact Support option and submit your ticket online.
