I purchased one copy of Windows 11 Pro 10/09/25. It shows in my orders. Per our Network and IT security team I need a key to install. The email associated with the account "******@outlook.com" is unmonitored mailbox. I am unable to receive any correspondence thru that email address. My email address is "PII Removed@gmfco.com" can the key be sent to that email address?

    Dear Ben,

You need the product key but are unable to access the email associated with the purchasing account. For your account's security, we cannot send a product key to a different email address. However, your key is securely stored within your Microsoft account's order history, and you can access it directly.

Please follow these steps to retrieve your key:

Go to the official Microsoft Account website: account.microsoft.com.

Sign in using the @outlook.com email address and password you used to make the purchase.

Once signed in, navigate to the "Payment & billing" section in the top menu and select "Order history."

Locate your Windows 11 Pro purchase from 10/09/25 and click on it to view the details, which will include the product key.

If you are unable to sign in because you cannot access the @outlook.com mailbox, you must use the official "Account Recovery" process on the sign-in page to verify your identity and update your security contact information. This is the most secure method to regain access to your account and purchase details.
