We have a need to generate report to determine success rate of Windows Hello for Business (WHfB) for our company users and Azure AD hybrid domain joined devices. Where can we generate these 2 reports?

Thanks

@TN Assuming by success rate you mean successful login to Azure AD, you can utilize the workbook for fetching these details.

Read more about it here : https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/core-infrastructure-and-security/azure-ad-sign-in-logs-workbooks-know-who-is-using-windows-hello/ba-p/2661980 which has the capability of giving the usage per device using the Authentication method as Windows hello for business as parameter in KQL query :

Since you mentioned hybrid Azure AD joined devices, you might be using group policy or Intune to deploy the WHFB policy. The corresponding number of targeted devices can be exported from either Intune or group policy, Azure AD will give you who used WHFB to authenticate if you use the above workbook.
