Hello! XUE. Thanks for the details.

    Sometimes hardware acceleration hides text:

    1. Go to edge://settings/system
    2. Turn off Use hardware acceleration when available.
    3. Restart Edge.

See if this helps. If you need further assistance, just let me know.

    Best regards,

    Kimberly

I see. This could be caused by a recent Edge update that rolled out. It's causing the address bar

To be hidden until clicked. Find it on Edge and disable them.

Copy and paste this in the Edge address bar:

    edge://flags/#edge-visual-rejuv

    Then press Enter.

When Enable Windows 11 Visual Updates comes up, set it to disabled.

Also search this in the (edge://flags):

    • edge-split-toolbar
    • omnibox-modernize-visual-update

Disable them if found. Restart Edge.
