Hi,
If you don’t mind sharing a bit more detail, what’s the make and model of your speaker? And are you using it with a laptop or a desktop setup? Also curious, do both Bluetooth and the AUX connection stop working at the same time, or does one of them still play sound when the other doesn’t?
And it sounds like your PC might be mixing up its sound connections, Bluetooth, AUX, or even HDMI, which can make it tricky to get your speakers working properly. If Bluetooth asks for a PIN and won’t connect, try removing the device in Bluetooth settings, restart your PC, and then pair it again using a common code like 0000 or 1234. For the AUX cable, make sure Windows is actually switching to the wired output: right-click the sound icon, open Sound settings, and check that "Speakers / Headphones" is selected instead of Bluetooth. If neither method works, restart the Windows Audio service (type services.msc in the Run box and restart it), then unplug and reconnect your speaker, that usually clears up any stuck audio connections.
Kind regards,
