The error indicates your Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) tenant was auto-blocked for inactivity. When a tenant is inactive long enough, Microsoft applies a login block (AADSTS5000225) and, after a short window it deletes the tenant permanently. Reactivation is only possible for a limited time.
If the block happened recently (within ~20 days) Microsoft can restore access during a short grace period after the block.
If it’s past the window (tenant already deleted) It can’t be reactivated. You’ll need to create a new tenant and subscription.
