Ending Windows 10 Support

Question

I have both work and personal MSFT accounts. I keep getting emails to (PII removed) which I use for both that my Windows 10 support is ending tomorrow. Not sure if the email is for my personal or work account and what happens if I do not do anything.

Hello,

The email is mainly for your personal account (and any personal devices you may have) since you can enroll in the Windows 10 Extended Security Update (ESU) to have support for Windows 10 until October 13th, 2026.

For your work device, your IT department will manage if you'll get the ESU, so I'd ask them for clarification if needed.
