I've had my PC crash numerous times. About 5 while just writing this report. Some of the crashes include: attempted execute noexecute memory, bad object header ntfs.sys failure, page fault in nonpaged area, hypervisor error 0x20001, kmode exception not handled, irql not less or equal 0xA. I have updated all my drivers and ran the windows memory diagnostic which said there were no problems, I used sfc scannow, DISM restore image and can't find anything. Please help.

Hi, thank you for patiently waiting. As per checking and analyzing the DMP files you have, there is an error amdppm.sys. Are you using AMD as your graphics card and or CPU? If you are using AMD as your graphics card, kindly follow method 1.

Method 1. We need to run a clean installation of the AMD driver. This is different from doing DDU or updating the driver, as this will remove all entries and replace them with compatible ones. Kindly follow the steps from the link below:

Step 1. Completely uninstall the AMD GPU Driver using the steps from this link:

https://www.amd.com/en/resources/support-articles/faqs/GPU-601.html

Step 2. Reinstall the AMD Graphics driver using the steps from the link below:

Install the AMD Radeon and automatically detect the AMD driver:

Method 2. If you are using AMD as your CPU, this is a processor error it is either the processor is getting hardware errors or it is overheating, kindly download and install the latest BIOS update from your manufacturer's website, moreover, if the issue persists, we will check and make sure there are no software-related issue, I suggest doing an in-place upgrade wherein it will upgrade the device to the latest version and repair all issues without deleting any files.

Method 2. Install and run AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition Application, then update the drivers.

Hi, I'm Bernard, a fellow Windows user. I'm happy to help!

I understand the issue you have. There is nothing to worry about, I am here to assist. Based on your inputs and errors you have, it seems that there is a file system error on the PC (Ntfs.sys). In addition, can you please check if you have Minidump files on the PC so I can further examine the root cause of the issue?

Press Windows key + E (To open File Explorer)

Click "This PC" > then follow the file path:

    C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy the Minidump files and save them to another location, like the Desktop or Documents.

Then please upload it to Cloud storage like OneDrive or any cloud storage you are using, and please share the shareable link here.

To upload and share the link using OneDrive:

Go to this link: https://onedrive.live.com/, then upload the file

Then, provide the shareable link by following the steps from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/share-onedrive-files-and-folders-9fcc2f7d-de0c-4cec-93b0-a82024800c07
