Need to change the salutation in legal name from Mistress to Married Woman

I had selected the Option as ("Mrs") assuming it signifies salutation for a married women, but the email which I have received from PearsonVUE post registering for AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals Certification, shows the salutation as "Mistress". Can you please change the Salutation from Mistress to one for married women for the exam scheduled.
