When was the last time it worked fine?
Please try a hard reset.
Turn off the laptop completely.
Unplug the power adapter and remove the battery (if removable).
Hold down the power button for 15–20 seconds to drain residual power.
Reconnect the battery and charger.
Turn it on again.
If your laptop has a non-removable battery:
Just unplug the charger and hold the power button for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and start it.
