Log In Microsoft Authenticator App

Due to my phone not recovering my Authenticator backup I am unable to access my Authenticator and I've set up a new one on my current device. However, access to an admin account is only possible with either a push message or a code from the Authenticator. Therefor, I would like to request an MFA reset. Please let me know how we can arrange this MFA reset.

I can share the email address and any required information for the Admin account through a direct channel.
