My codes from my app have stopped working on facebook account and now I am logged out, they previously worked when Facebook forced us to do 2fa but they stopped working about 2 months ago. I can’t get into my account as I didn't save recovery codes, and facebook support have said they cannot issue me anymore and that it’s a Microsoft issue. I am locked out and they will not help me. Why would the codes stop working? Can someone please help me?
