Hi Wanda, Thanks for posting here in Microsoft community, since you’ve got multiple Microsoft and Microsoft 365 accounts, and you want to figure out which ones you’re not using so you can delete them, here’s what you can do,

First, Identify unused accounts, we’ll check login history, subscriptions, and linked devices, simply sign in to each account at https://account.microsoft.com then check Recent activity, Go to Security > Sign-in activity, Linked devices, Under Devices, see which PCs or phones are connected and Subscriptions, Under Services & subscriptions, check if anything is active.

Next, Review your Microsoft 365 accounts, see which ones are active or have subscriptions, simply go to https://admin.microsoft.com (if it's a business account) or https://account.microsoft.com/services for personal, then check Active subscriptions, Billing history, Storage usage (OneDrive, Outlook).

Also Safely delete the extras, Backup any important data (emails, files, contacts) then visit https://account.microsoft.com/closeaccount  then follow the prompts to close the account.

I hope this helps you out. just let me know

    Chard
