RegisterHotKey function can define a system-wide hot key. Applications running with UIAccess=true and WS_EX_TOPMOST style can be displayed in the front of other TOPMOST windows.

By pressing the Win key + G key to display the Xbox window, it is actually in the front of the window displayed by the Nvidia ALT key + Z key. The xbox window is always at the forefront and will not be blocked by other windows.
