Dear Martin,
This error, "It looks like your system administrator hasn't set up any resources," indicates that the user account you're trying to log in with is valid, but it hasn't been assigned a product license yet. Think of it like having a key to an office building but not yet being given access to any specific rooms inside. Your IT administrator needs to assign a license (like Microsoft 365 Business Standard, E3, etc.) to the account so it can use Microsoft's services.
This is a quick fix, but it must be performed by your organization's Microsoft 365 administrator.
Steps for the System Administrator
Sign In to the Admin Center: Go to the https://www.microsoft.com/vi-vn/microsoft-365/business/microsoft-365-administration and sign in with your administrator credentials.
Navigate to Active Users: On the left-hand menu, go to Users > Active users.
Select the User: Find and select the user account that is experiencing the error (e.g., ******@sinsuranceagency.onmicrosoft.com).
Assign a License: In the user's details pane that opens on the right, select the Licenses and apps tab. Tick the checkbox for an available license you wish to assign to them.
Save Changes: At the bottom of the pane, click Save changes.
After the license is assigned, it may take a few minutes for the change to take effect. The user should then be able to log in successfully.
I hope this provides a clear path to a solution. If this answer was helpful, we'd appreciate it if you could hit "Accept Answer"! 😊😊
