This error occurs if the application encounters a .NET runtime exception, which is likely caused by a Samsung Windows app, such as Phone Link, Samsung Notes, Samsung Gallery, and other related apps. (according to the screenshot)

Search for Turn Windows Features on or off in the Search bar on the taskbar and click Enter.

Enable ".NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)" and click Ok.

It will ask you to download the files from Windows Update. Then, restart your computer.

If it is already enabled, open Command Prompt as Administrator.

Execute the command below and click Enter. (Run the commands one by one)

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

sfc /scannow

Once completed, restart your computer and see if the issue is fixed.

Uninstall and reinstall the Samsung-related apps on your Windows PC.

For example, if you have the Samsung Notes app installed, just uninstall the app and reinstall it.
