Question Regarding Email Send Delay Setup

Hi All,

I have a question regarding one of the offices where we plan to implement a send delay. My initial idea was to configure it as a flow: send → outbox (wait 2 min) → send.

From what I’ve checked so far, the only option to deploy this via Intune/GPO seems to be using a COM rule, which is far from ideal. As I recall, this used to be possible through transport rules, but I believe Microsoft removed that functionality about one or two years ago.

Do you have any ideas if it’s possible to implement this for more than a single user across the entire environment?
