Authenticator is linked to my old phone. I can’t update the section to manage my ways to verify. Option given to enter last 4 digits of my number as an alternate. However, I never received a text code. I contacted support and their response was to post on this forum. Stating they could not assist with the issue.
Note- tried deleting/ reinstalling app.
I can access my account with password but can’t update any security info without the verification on the authenticator.
