Hi, I'm Bernard, a fellow Windows user. I'm happy to help!
I understand the issue you have. There is nothing to worry about. I am here to assist. Have you noticed any changes before the issue starts? Have you installed any hardware or software that may trigger the issue? While waiting, I recommend rolling back the display driver and or running a clean installation of the GPU driver.
-Press the Windows key + X
-Go to Device Manager
-Expand the Display adapter
-Look for your display driver
-Right-click and click Update Driver
-Select Browse my computer for drivers
-Click Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
-Choose an old driver or another driver name of driver then select it and hit next until it installs.
Note: If the issue persists, please let me know the make and model of your graphics card and the Windows version and edition you have.
To check:
Go to Settings > System > About
Under Windows specifications, please let me know the Windows version and edition you have.
