seearch issue

sns 9,231

I see test results showing count 39 but search results are not being displayed. Please help
All search settings are fine and also done re-index the seaarch. But no outcome even after 24 hours

Please follow below tips to troubleshoot the issue.

1.Try to search with site collection administrator account, compare the result.
2.Please search with another keyword, check the result.
3.Whether this issue occurs in other site collection? Try to search in other site collections.
4.Clear the browser cache, then search in the site collection, compare the result.

2.Try to search items through SharePoint modern search to see whether you can get normal results.

It is working on other site collections,
Yes we tried to search items in the list which is working.

Hi Emily Du,

Yes it is showing ,however when search it from web parts showing same error as per my first screenshot and description in first thread

Tried, it is not showing up from search web parts where as it is showing from normal search

yes it is working there
