SharePoint development business support case not being picked up

I have a case that's been open for a week now with the SharePoint development support (raised via the 'Support for business' link and paid for). It's not been picked up by anyone and the O365 phone support is unable to help push this forward for me. The initial response was meant to be within 8 hours, but as I said, it's been a week and seems to be stuck. Is any Microsoft representative on here able to help figure out what's happening and to get it picked up by the relevant team?

    @Nigel-9534 , we have checked the ticket history and found there was some problem about the primary contact's email address, thus the emails were not successfully delivered to the primary contact. We have contacted the related team and an engineer from assistant support should have been involved in the ticket and got in contact with the primary contact of this ticket. Please continue following the issue within the raised ticket.
