how to fix no sound for headphones. I can't get the sound to work but I can hear the mic om my headphones

    If you arleady have and still have issues, may I ask what is the make and model of your headphones, and your computer?

    Press Windows + R, type msinfo32, and hit Enter.

    In the System Summary section, please provide me the three things below.
