i can not get my email to work in outlook i have worked with spectrum and they say its a Microsoft issue and i can not get help from the help line

Are you receiving any error messages?
Are you using new Outlook or classic Outlook? If new outlook, you could try removing the account from Outlook and if asked if you want to remove it from all devices, say yes, then try adding it back.
