AAD Sign-In Logs - Username Is 7bb848ea-90c5-4ba6-ac9f-c3e9afbccf00 Or Similar... No "Real" Username

Hi Forums:

I have a fair amount of logins that show User field as a random jumble of characters like "7bb848ea-90c5-4ba6-ac9f-c3e9afbccf00"

Any way to fix this - it's not helping sift through the logs to identify the Username & relate it to on-prem AD, etc.

    Hi @Michael ,

    The characters you are describing sound like the Request ID. Is it possible you have a filter applied at the top that could be filtering on request ID, resource ID, tenant ID, or some other ID?

    If you haven't already, I would try clearing all filters. If the logs still look this way after clearing everything, please share a screenshot of what you're seeing and I will help troubleshoot.
