Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I am writing to report to you that my email account security rights are seriously breached . I have received an blackmail from an unknown source which was sent using my own email account. Basically in the mail they are asking payment for not exposing my personal information with my contacts.

Please I need your immediate help and support.

Agreed, this is a scam, I receive emails like this every month or so. The bad guy spoofed your email address so it looks like you sent the email to yourself, but he has no access to your data, you may safely delete that email.

This is a well known scam known as the Pegasus Scam, the sender spoofed the senders address to look like your own Email, then they indicate they have access to your Email PC and data, and demand a crypto-currency payment,

This is just a scam, they do not have access to your account, PC or data, you can safely ignore and delete that Email, do not interact with the sender.
