RDP GP Not Working

My RDP connection will only allow users with Domain Admin membership to RDP even though I have Remote Desktop Users in the group policy with everyone I would like to connect. Unless I give them Domain Admin Rights, they won't be able to connect. Any ideas?

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    1. Is this RDP server is DC server if yes then only domain administrator or enterprise admin should allow yo login yo DC.
    2. Please try to add user to local administrator group if they are able yo access RDP.
    3. Please run gpresult /h c:\temp\gpresult.html to see which GPO is applied for Remote Desktop connections.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you,

I went ahead and made a Restricted Group, which I think is kinda hacky but it works. Are there any other ideas that could have been potentially easier?
