    Are you able to successfully log into https://outlook.live.com/? If so, do you see your mailbox? Does it contain what you expect? If you log into https://account.live.com/activity, do you see any successful but unrecognized logins? If you log into https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/options/mail/rules, do you see any rules you did not add? If you log into https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/options/mail/forwarding, do you see any forwarding you did not add?
