Unable to add "Desktop Experience"features in windows server 2012 R2. Getting error code 0x80070002

Hi Team, Please support to resolve the subjected issue. I have installed the same .iso (windows server r2) on another machine but there "Desktop Experience" feature installed successfully.

    Hi ,

    How did you try to add the feature? Are you using GUI or PowerShell command to install?

    If you are using GUI to install "Desktop Experience" feature, please change to PowerShell command to do a test. With the following powershell cmdlet:

    Install-WindowsFeature Desktop-Experience

    In addition, you can also refer to the following steps:

    1. Make sure you have installed the latest windows updates.
    2. Run sfc /scannow to fix any corrupted files.
