Hi,
Unable to see thumbnails for my documents and pre visualising them. It says they could be harmful t ocmputer but I know they are safe. How can I unblock this?

This is a widely reported problem caused by the October update, Microsoft are aware of the problem and we need to wait for them to provide a patch for that update to fix the problem.
In the meantime, if you right click a file and select Properties, there should be an Unblock option at the bottom of the Properties dialog, select that and the file should then preview correctly.
Thank yo DaveM121. This has been so frustrating as it means I have to open each file individually to check the contents before archiving. I cannot unblock them all as it takes too long. These are all files I have downloaded from email. I hope they fix this soon. thanks.
