Hi Joseph,
Microsoft separates personal accounts from work/school accounts to protect organizational data. But when you’re using Microsoft services across both personal and professional contexts, this separation can cause unexpected access issues especially if a service is configured to only allow Azure AD accounts.
Unfortunately, this can also block you from submitting a support ticket because the same tenant restriction applies to the support portal.
What you can try is:
Use the Common Login Endpoint
Try signing in at:
https://login.microsoftonline.com/common
This login page supports both personal and organizational accounts and may bypass the tenant restriction.
Sign In via Office.com
Go to https://www.office.com and try signing in there. If successful, you can access your Microsoft 365 apps and account settings directly.
Use Private Mode or Clear Cache
Sometimes cached credentials interfere with login:
Try signing in using Incognito/Private mode.
Clear cookies and cache, then retry.
Use the Get Help App (Windows)
Open the Get Help app from the Start menu.
Type “Microsoft 365 sign-in issue”.
This tool can guide you through troubleshooting without needing tenant access.
Contact Microsoft Support by Phone
If you can’t submit a ticket online:
Call Microsoft Support directly Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support
Here’s the link where you can check customer service phone number in your country/territory
Let me know how it goes, Happy to help!
