Bluetooth driver

2025-10-20T18:06:35.04+00:00

I'd wanted to get help with my bluetooth on my Nitro Acer AN-515-56. I tried to contact Acer support But they didn't help me at all They suggest me to update my BIOS because they think it's not a driver problem. So I don't have that problem at Windows 10 but as we know Windows 10 now it's not supported so I have to move on to Windows 11 but for some reason my bluetooth it's a bit working and a bit not. Like when I try to connect to my galaxy buds 3 First it's connecting Very long time and then when it is connected it doesn't show in output devices For a few minutes or just ever. I tried reinstalling my bluetooth drivers but it didn't help me for a long time I just keep repeating this problem. So I wanted to feedback if someone has the same problem and Found the solution.

    Hi ,

Well, it could be a Bluetooth driver issue. Sometimes, problems can occur after an update. If you upgraded from Windows 10 to 11, some users report some issues after the update.

Did you manage to update the BIOS?

If possible, access the Device Manager, take a screenshot, and post it here.

    Thanks
