FirstName for certification registration

Hi
I am planning to take DA-100 in Nov 2021. I was about to create my certification profile for the exam but the page is asking me to enter both First and Last name which has to match my govt ID.
I dont have a first Name in my govt ID. I only have last name.

So my last name is my full name and my firstname is blank.
What should I enter in my first name?

P.S. I couldnt find a relevant tag for my question. Not sure why the form is picking up windows hardware certification. I dont see a tag for power BI or genral questions help.
