Hi Shanker Bhuram, This is a fairly common OneDrive issue where the storage upgrade shows correctly online but the desktop app still prompts you to upgrade. It usually happens because the local OneDrive client hasn’t refreshed its subscription status.
To fix the issue where OneDrive keeps asking you to upgrade even after purchasing 100 GB. first confirm the upgrade online in OneDrive web settings then sign out and back into the OneDrive app to refresh your quota update the client to the latest version, make sure you’re signed into the correct upgraded account if you have multiple accounts reset the OneDrive cache if needed and if it still shows the upgrade prompt despite the web showing 100 GB contact Microsoft Support with screenshots since it may be a back end sync issue.
When you check your storage quota on the OneDrive web portal under Settings Plans and upgrades, does it clearly show 100 GB available, or is it still displaying the default 5 GB?
Best regards
